Summer Camp Pay in Full
Two days a week. We spend four hours each day on the court working on nothing but fundamentals. Ball-Handling, Passing, Shooting, Defense, Court Awareness, offensive cuts without the ball, etc. You can never be too good at the fundamentals. Also spend 1 hour working on plyometrics through Nike Sparq Training. We go swimming every day. By the end of the summer all the players have a fitness test including, push-ups, sit-ups, and a mile test. Tons of fun, meeting new friends and learning basketball.
